A leading real estate firm located in Saint Paul is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee interior design projects from concept to completion. This role involves working closely with various teams to deliver design solutions aligned with client strategies. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience in interior design and project management, including hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects. The position offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office each week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ directly related experience in interior design and project management.
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred.
• Ability to read and understand construction specifications and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Manage interior design and furniture projects from planning to delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for understanding needs and translating into design plans.
• Conduct site visits to ensure work aligns with design specifications.
• Prepare project reports and maintain furniture inventories.
