Architects Orange LLP is seeking a Senior Job Captain - Interior Design to join our Interiors Studio in California. The role focuses on technically robust design development and construction documentation for high-end hospitality and commercial interiors, including millwork detailing.

Qualified candidates have 5-7+ years of experience, strong Revit proficiency, and a portfolio demonstrating complete CD sets for restaurants, hotels, and multifamily spaces.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of interior design/architecture experience.
• Strong hospitality and commercial interiors portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit; AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Experience producing and coordinating complete CD sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Design Development and Construction Documentation.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, millwork details.
• Coordinate drawings with MEP, lighting, kitchen, AV, consultants.
• Translate concepts into constructible interior solutions.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Support project managers in quality and schedules.
