Job summary

Pepper Construction Group LLC seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex interior construction and tenant improvements. From preconstruction through closeout, you will drive financial performance, build high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will manage projects from $20M to $50M+, coordinating field teams, architects, designers, and subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule discipline to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction management experience across diverse markets with interior construction & build-out focus.
• Experience collaborating with architects, interior designers, consultants, owners, and subcontractors.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex interior construction and tenant-improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Establish priorities with field supervision and ensure safety and quality on every project.
• Develop budgets, value engineer, and manage costs for projects over $20M.
• Coordinate subcontractor bids, documentation, and scheduling; manage project communications.
• Build client relationships and pursue opportunities to secure new work.
