You will lead cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, and vendors, ensuring quality, schedules, and stakeholder coordination in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of owner's representative or in-house corporate real estate experience managing premium interior construction projects.
• Experience managing high-cost-per-square-foot interior fit-outs with luxury finishes and custom installations.
• Interior construction experience in operational facilities such as airports, hotels, or occupied corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership and strategy for large-scale interior construction programs.
• Oversee execution in active environments (airports, occupied facilities) with minimal disruption to operations.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams of architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure integrated delivery.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality control for premium finishes and specialized installations.
• Coordinate with authorities and security stakeholders for permitting and access requirements.
