Lakeside Renovation & Design is seeking an experienced Interior Lead Carpenter to spearhead a crew of 1–3 carpenters on residential remodeling projects in the St. Louis area.

You will oversee demo, interior framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, and related tasks, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship while maintaining safe, clean jobsites and coordinating with project managers. Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on carpentry or remodeling experience.
• Proven ability to lead a small team in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift heavy equipment and materials.
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute many phases of interior carpentry on remodeling projects.
• Coordinate daily work based on project schedules and direction from the Project Manager.
• Install cabinetry, drywall, shelving, insulation, and interior finishes.
• Add interior fixtures and hardware (locks, handles, hinges, closures).
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean jobsite.
• Supervise and mentor 1–3 crew members or apprentices.
• Communicate daily progress and needs to Project Manager.
• Read and work from architectural plans or specifications when required.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
