Walczak Design + Build is a growing residential design-build firm seeking a Senior Interior Architectural Designer to join our in-house design team in Ipswich, MA.

This is not a concept-only or “pretty pictures” role. We’re looking for a technically fluent interior designer who enjoys drafting, space planning, and cabinetry design — and who is energized by seeing their work move from drawings to real, finished spaces. You’ll collaborate closely with our project development and construction teams, contribute to build-ready documentation, and support client presentations and decision-making throughout the design process.

The right candidate is detail-oriented, confident in AutoCAD, comfortable engaging with job sites and construction teams, and excited to grow their responsibility within a collaborative design-build environment.
