Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in interior architecture or residential design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD required.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and detailing.
• Experience with custom millwork, finish selections, and budgeting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead interior architecture projects from design through construction.
• Develop detailed AutoCAD drawing packages, including custom millwork, kitchens, and bathrooms.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop finish palettes, material selections, and design solutions.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination.
• Conduct site visits and support construction administration.
• Ensure design quality, code compliance, and successful project delivery.
