Job summary

Leoforce in Seattle, WA is seeking a Permanent Senior Accountant - Intercompany to oversee all intercompany accounting activities including billing, settlements, eliminations, and reconciliations with accuracy and adherence to policy.

The successful candidate will support audit requests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide junior staff. A CPA/CMA is preferred; hybrid role with strong benefits and 401(k) as highlighted by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of intercompany accounting experience, preferably in engineering.
• Experience handling intercompany billing, settlements, eliminations and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting audit requests with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany accounting processes with accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee intercompany billing, settlements, eliminations, and reconciliations.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations.
• Assist auditors with requested documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline intercompany processes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement updates.
• Provide guidance to junior accounting staff.
