Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, or enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform and/or UiPath.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of databases, enterprise integrations, and modern software development practices.
• Proven ability to independently deliver automation solutions from design through production support.
• Experience with Azure, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Dataverse, or similar cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions using Power Platform, UiPath, APIs, Azure, and related technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Build workflows, integrations, custom connectors, reusable components, and supporting services.
• Develop and consume REST APIs while integrating with enterprise applications, databases, and cloud services.
• Implement CI/CD, source control, automated testing, monitoring, logging, and security best practices.
• Support deployments, production issues, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and support materials.
• Partner with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to automation standards and best practices.

Compensation: $70-80/hr W2 Contract-to-Hire

Salary Conversion: Up to $150K + Bonus upon conversion

Employment Type: W2 - Contract-to-Hire

Conversion Eligibility: Must be open to converting to Full Time / Perm W2 after approximately 3 months (conversion not guaranteed)

Preferred Qualifications

• Automated testing, CI/CD, security, authentication, logging, and production support experience
• UiPath Orchestrator, queues, assets, reusable components, and enterprise deployment experience
• AI-enabled automation, LLM integrations, intelligent document processing, or agentic workflows
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
