Job summary

Maania seeks an experienced Technical Advisor to lead intelligence modernization initiatives in support of national, operational, or tactical missions. The role demands deep expertise across SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT, CI and All-Source analysis, with a track record of coordinating with industry and military leadership.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree (MA/MS) and 5+ years managing programs; or a BA/BS with 10+ years. DoDAF familiarity and data-literacy experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Ten years of military or civilian intelligence experience at national, operational, or tactical level in multiple disciplines.
• Experience leading or advising intelligence modernization and/or innovation initiatives.
• Ability to define objectives, deliverables, and identify stakeholders, building relationships with industry and military leadership.
• Experience supporting Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) or data-literacy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define objectives and deliverables for intelligence modernization projects and initiatives.
• Identify stakeholders and establish relationships with industry and military leadership.
• Plan and execute cross-agency coordination and synchronization meetings.
• Support complex projects involving cross-staff, multi-agency, or joint organizations.
