Amentum seeks experienced intelligence Team Leads to provide operational leadership and technical oversight for multidisciplinary teams within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise. This role focuses on mentoring personnel, ensuring analytic rigor, and coordinating with Government leadership to prioritize missions in the National Capital Region.

Candidates should have a TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least 12 years in intelligence, with 5+ years guiding regional or functional

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 12+ years of intelligence experience with the DoD, IC, or other national security organizations.
• 5+ years leading multidisciplinary intelligence teams aligned with an Integrated Intelligence Center.
• Experience leading within complex operational environments.
• Experience managing regional or functional intelligence mission portfolios.
• Experience reviewing intelligence products for analytic rigor and IC standards.
• Ability to prioritize competing mission requirements while maintaining operational excellence.
• Proven mentorship and retention of high-performing intelligence professionals.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and executive briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary intelligence teams supporting assigned Integrated Intelligence Centers.
• Provide operational and technical leadership across assigned mission portfolios.
• Mentor, coach, and develop intelligence professionals.
• Review intelligence products to ensure analytic rigor, quality, and compliance with Intelligence Community tradecraft standards.
• Coordinate directly with Government leadership regarding mission priorities, staffing, and resource requirements.
• Allocate personnel and resources across dynamic operational requirements.
• Support workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and employee development.
• Maintain mission continuity during organizational changes, surge operations, and evolving mission priorities.
• Foster collaboration across regional and functional intelligence organizations.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, continuous learning, and mission excellence.
