Job summary

B&A seeks a Senior Intelligence Team Lead for the China Mission Group (CMG). You will serve as the management and technical lead for contractor personnel, guiding regional all-source analysis and high-level intelligence work.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s with extensive experience, and an Active TS/SCI with Poly. Salary ranges from $130,000 to $200,000 annually, with contract funding and potential for award.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s with at least 17 years.
• The Government may accept relevant experience performing substantially similar duties in lieu of the minimum educational degree requirement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the management and technical lead for contractor personnel supporting the China Mission Group (CMG).
• Provide senior-level expertise supporting regional strategic all-source analysis, political/military analysis, military capabilities, transnational threats, and analytic-enabling support.
• Complete complicated or complex tasks independently within the assigned IIC/Office mission area.
• Lead or direct the work of contractor personnel assigned to the IIC/Office.
• Coordinate with the overall Task Order Program Manager on technical efforts and task order performance.
