Job summary

Celestar is seeking a Senior Intelligence Team Lead - DDGI O&I to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in the National Capital Region (NCR) with primary sites including JBAB, Washington, DC; Quantico, Reston, VA; and Rivanna Station, Charlottesville, VA. The salary range is $130,000-$200,000 annually.

Active TS/SCI with Poly is required. A Master’s degree (12+ years) or Bachelor’s degree (17+ years) with relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

Master's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with 17+ years.
Active TS/SCI with Poly (adjudicated within last 5 years) required.
Experience leading DIA-related intelligence and integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serve as the management and technical lead for contractor personnel supporting the Deputy Director for Global Integration Operations and Integration (DDGI O&I).
Provide senior-level expertise supporting operational integration, intelligence analysis, collection management, integration planning, and coordination across DIA elements.
Complete complicated or complex tasks independently within the assigned IIC/Office mission area.
Lead or direct the work of contractor personnel assigned to the IIC/Office.
Coordinate with the overall Task Order Program Manager on technical efforts and task order performance.
