Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Senior Intelligence Analyst in Colorado to lead information environment operations and integrate intelligence across CCMD campaigns. You will coordinate ISIO activities, support non-kinetic planning, and deliver actionable insights to planners.

The role requires TS clearance, 8+ years in intelligence, and experience with all-source operations and planning artifacts. You will brief senior leaders and drive improvements in information operations effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI and polygraph eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in intelligence or related field (or advanced degree equivalency).
• Experience in all-source intelligence operations (SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT) in operational environments.
• Experience supporting OIE at the CCMD or Joint level and integrating intelligence into planning and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISIO supporting intelligence integration into OIE campaign assessment and execution across CCMDs.
• Provide all-source intelligence support to Operations in the Information Environment for non-kinetic planning and actions.
• Develop intelligence products supporting MOP and MOE for campaign assessment.
• Support intelligence-driven targeting, identifying adversary networks and key information environment nodes.
• Integrate intelligence inputs into CONOPs, OPLANs, annexes, and assessment plans.
• Coordinate intelligence requirements across Information Forces to align with objectives.
• Conduct intelligence fusion across SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT to generate actionable insights.
• Support battle rhythm events and provide intelligence briefings to senior leadership.
• Assess intelligence reporting and outcomes to improve information operations effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead ISIO supporting intelligence integration into OIE campaign assessment and operational execution across Combatant Commands (CCMDs).
• Provide all-source intelligence support to Operations in the Information Environment, enabling planning, execution, and assessment of non-kinetic activities.
• Develop, refine, and integrate intelligence products supporting Measures of Performance (MOP) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) for campaign assessment.
• Support intelligence-driven targeting processes, including identification of adversary networks, vulnerabilities, and key nodes relevant to information environment operations.
• Integrate intelligence inputs into planning artifacts (e.g., CONOPs, OPLANs, annexes, and assessment plans) to inform operational design and execution.
• Coordinate and manage intelligence requirements across Information Forces, ensuring alignment with operational objectives and priorities.
• Conduct intelligence fusion across multiple sources (SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and other all-source reporting) to generate actionable insights for planners and decision-makers.
• Support battle rhythm events and provide intelligence briefings to senior leadership to inform operational decisions and campaign adjustments.
• Assess intelligence reporting and operational outcomes to provide feedback for continuous improvement of information operations effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must have an active Top-Secret security clearance and be SCI and polygraph eligible.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience (or advanced degree equivalency) in intelligence, national security, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience supporting all-source intelligence operations (e.g., SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT) in operational environments.
• Experience providing intel support to OIE at the Combatant Command (CCMD), or Joint level.
• Demonstrated experience integrating intelligence into operational planning, targeting, and assessment processes.
• Strong understanding of the intelligence lifecycle, collection management, and analytic methodologies.
• Experience supporting non-kinetic targeting, network analysis, or information environment operations.
• Experience developing intelligence products that support campaign assessment (MOP/MOE frameworks).
• Experience coordinating and managing intelligence requirements across multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to translate intelligence analysis into actionable insights for operational decision-makers.
• Strong ability to translate operational media activities into structured, traceable data inputs for analysis and decision support.
