Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a senior Technical Editor to ensure the highest quality, clarity, and IC-compliant intelligence products. You will serve as the primary editorial authority, shaping production processes and guiding analytic communication across the program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 12 years related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 17 years’ experience.
• TS/SCI clearance with active poly.
• Experience editing intelligence materials to IC standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit intelligence products for clarity, accuracy, and IC compliance.
• Ensure adherence to agency style guides and publication standards.
• Refine tables, text boxes, figures, and graphics to support narrative.
• Verify correct classification markings per IC directives.
• Collaborate with authors to strengthen narrative organization and revisions.
• Assist in managing finished intelligence products approved for external dissemination.
• Research information from internal and external sources to support analyses.
• Organize information for effective presentation of analytic content.
• Document operating instructions for command-wide programs as directed.
