KBR, the global technology and engineering solutions provider, is preparing a transition for its Mission Technology Solutions business into a new independent entity, Trinzic, with a spin-off targeted for January 2027. The Operations Advisor role is based on-site in the Virginia area, requiring a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and a strong track record in intelligence operations and policy support.

• Regional and/or functional geographic expertise.
• Prior operational experience in supporting operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community.

Candidates who join KBR's Mission Technology Solutions business before the spin-off will transition to Trinzic when the separation is complete and will not need to reapply for employment.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Clearance: TS/SCI with a Polygraph

• Education: Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant professional experience

• Training: Must have successfully completed training in the foundations of operational tradecraft via classroom training, practical exercises, and on-the-job experience gained through a series of assignments. Responsible for quality assurance review of assigned project.

• Writing skills: Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision

• Geographical expertise: Regional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest

• Operational Experience: Prior experience in supporting operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives

Basic Compensation:

$165,600 to $202,400

This range is for the VA area only

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
