Bart & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist to support a federal government contract in the Washington, DC area. The role involves delivering intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists across multiple disciplines.

You will coordinate RFIs, manage briefings and reports, and prepare read-ahead materials for official functions. A Master’s degree with substantial experience or a 17-year total experience profile is required,

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree and twelve (12) years of experience, or bachelor’s degree and an additional five (5) years of related experience, for a total of seventeen (17) years, instead of a master’s degree with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

  • Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities.
  • Activities include, but are not limited to, reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests for access, coordination, consolidation, or formatting; assisting with the administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings. Preparing correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities.
  • Creating read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, building read-ahead books or materials for official functions and meetings, and providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.
