Job summary

B&A is seeking a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. You will have the opportunity to work with a great team while supporting a range of intelligence activities and administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates will hold a TS/SCI with CI Poly and possess extensive experience in intelligence management, document review, and coordination of RFIs, reports, and briefings.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree with 12 years of related experience, or a BA with 17 years total experience; recent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years in the labor category, with recent work in last 2 years.
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists across disciplines.
  • Review documents for accuracy; manage RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings.
  • Prepare read-ahead materials and coordinate security access for official functions.

Responsibilities
  • Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities.
  • Activities include, but are not limited to, reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests for access, coordination, consolidation, or formatting; assisting with the administration and management of Requests for Information (RFIs), task actions, reports, and briefings. Preparing correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities.
  • Creating read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, building read-ahead books or materials for official functions and meetings, and providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.
Education and Experience
  • Master’s Degree and twelve (12) years of experience, or bachelor’s degree and an additional five (5) years of related experience, for a total of seventeen (17) years, instead of a master’s degree with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Security Clearance
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
