Job summary

Inflow is seeking a seasoned intelligence management professional in Fairfax County, VA. You will provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists, ensuring accurate document handling, briefing preparation, and coordination across security and staff.

Qualifications include active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly, 8+ years of relevant experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required and CI polygraph willingness.
• 8+ years of related intelligence management experience, with recent work in last 2 years.
• 7 years of DoD/IC intelligence discipline experience in the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area from an accredited college/university.
• Alternative: Associate’s with 7 years or HS diploma with 9 years in intelligence discipline.

Responsibilities

• Review documents for accuracy and coordinate access/formatting requests.
• Assist with RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings management.
• Prepare correspondence and documents to support program management.
• Create read‑ahead documents and coordinate security access for guests.
• Provide cross‑domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.
