Job summary

Obsidian Solutions Group LLC currently seeks an Intelligence Analyst to support MAGTF-level education and training programs at Quantico, VA. The role requires a TS/SCI eligible clearance and senior-level planning experience across joint and Marine Corps processes.

You will observe MAGTF operations, draft improvement procedures, and deliver targeted training. Responsibilities include developing operational-level instruction, supporting senior leader seminars, and producing after-action reports.

Qualifications

• Must hold a TS clearance with access up to TS/SCI eligibility.
• Senior staff planning experience in Joint Ops Planning and Marine Corps Planning Processes.
• Experience planning at various levels for service, joint, and coalition HQs.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional SME to assess MAGTF processes and draft improvement procedures.
• Plan, develop and deliver operational-level MAGTF instruction and education.
• Draft after-action and exercise evaluation reports based on observations.
