Job summary

Taleo seeks a Senior Intelligence Analyst to support DoD sensitive activities with advanced analytic capabilities and a focus on emerging technologies. The role requires extensive experience in intelligence operations, collaboration with DoD stakeholders, and producing timely assessments.

The candidate will use AI tools to accelerate research, brief senior leaders, and ensure compliance with security directives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of related DoD intelligence support experience.
• 6 years planning, developing and producing all-source or counterintelligence threat assessments.
• Expertise in intelligence collection methodologies and DoD processes.
• Strong background in intelligence oversight compliance (EO 12333, 5240.01).
• Proficiency in intelligence software, data visualization, and analytic methodologies.
• Ability to brief senior military and defense officials on intelligence matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific, technical, and analytic intelligence to support DAF sensitive activities worldwide.
• Collaborate with analysts, ops support officers, tech specialists and DoD stakeholders.
• Produce analytical reports to support high-level decision-making.
• Expedite intelligence analysis using advanced text and visual analytics tools.
• Ensure intelligence oversight compliance with security directives.
• Utilize Generative AI tools daily to accelerate tasks and propose process improvements.
• Monitor policy changes and advise DAF leadership on strategy implementation.
