TrapWire Inc. seeks a Senior Intelligence Analyst to produce clear, well-supported intelligence for customers and to lead the development of the analytical tradecraft behind it.

The role combines TrapWire holdings with open source research to answer customer requirements while advancing analytical standards, sourcing practices, and review processes to ensure consistent, defensible outputs. You will shape the team’s capabilities and output quality.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of substantive intelligence-analysis experience in government or private-sector settings.
• A track record of independently producing finished intelligence with clear judgments and explicit uncertainty.
• Working command of ICD 203 and ICD 206 and ability to apply them to products for diverse customers.
• Experience improving other analysts' work through peer review, editing, or guidance development.
• Hands-on OSINT collection experience including planning, automation, social media research, and corroboration.
• Familiarity with privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties protections in collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Intelligence production: Produce recurring and tailored analytical products to meet customer requirements and identify relevant threat indicators.
• Intelligence production: Evaluate customer reporting for completeness, identify gaps, and distinguish meaningful indicators from coincidence or insufficient evidence.
• Intelligence production: Plan and conduct open source collection using automated tools and manual research while ensuring traceable sourcing and legal compliance.
