MSD Malaysia is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to join the Intelligence Operations Center within the Resiliency Center. The role focuses on identifying, assessing, and forecasting security risks that could affect our people, assets, and operations worldwide.
You will rotate across portfolios including geopolitical risk, insider risk, protective intelligence, and other threats, delivering actionable intelligence to leaders and stakeholders for safe business operations.
Job Description Summary: As a core member of the Intelligence Operations Center (IOC) within the broader Resiliency Center, the Senior Intelligence Analyst applies rigorous analytical tradecraft to identify, assess, and forecast security risks that could impact our Company’s people, assets, and operations. While intelligence analysis is the foundational function of this role, the successful candidate will be assigned to rotating portfolios based on dynamic business needs. These portfolios encompass analyzing complex geopolitical developments (such as political instability and regional conflicts), protective intelligence, insider risk, and a wide range of issues impacting the safety of our employees, facilities, and other assets. By transforming raw data from various threat streams into clear, actionable insights, this agile analyst empowers business leaders to make informed decisions and ensure our Company operates safely across the globe.
Strong foundational mastery of intelligence tradecraft, structured analytical techniques, and objective reporting standards. High adaptability and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to rapidly learn and pivot across distinct subject matter portfolios. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly collaborative team player with a strong focus on proactively enabling business continuity.
Able to travel globally as required. Flexibility to work nonstandard hours based on operational needs and emerging global events.

The salary range for this role is $129,000.00 - $203,100.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
