Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise-grade integrations across Salesforce, CPQ, contract management, NetSuite, and our data warehouse using Workato. You will replace point-to-point handoffs with reusable patterns and push operational data to the warehouse so reporting no longer depends on CRM metadata.

An additional focus is AI connectivity with MCP servers and guarded tool contracts to enable safe, logged actions by internal agents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software or integration engineering with enterprise SaaS experience.
• Production experience with Workato or similar iPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi, Tray.io).
• Deep Salesforce and NetSuite integration experience via APIs.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience building or consuming MCP servers or tool/calling integrations for LLM agents.
• Security-first mindset: least privilege, secrets management, audit logging.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and automated testing for integrations.
• Comfort collaborating with US-based stakeholders across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate integrations across Salesforce, CPQ, contract management, NetSuite, and data warehouse using Workato and APIs.
• Replace point-to-point handoffs with reusable, documented integration patterns.
• Build pipelines to push operational data to the warehouse for reporting independence from CRM metadata.
• Implement event-driven triggers for billing and provisioning based on business events.
• Ensure idempotency, retries, ordering, and reconciliation for financial data integrity.
• Develop and maintain MCP servers for AI connectivity across the revenue chain.
• Define tool contracts, permission scopes, and guardrails with robust logging.
• Meet SOX, SOC 1/2 requirements and manage security, reliability, and incident response.
