Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Senior Enterprise Architects to own end-to-end integration strategy for complex Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformations. You will design and build enterprise-grade integration solutions, bring them to production, and solve real-world problems at scale.

You will shape Salesforce's Agentforce platform through hands-on delivery. You will connect Agentforce to ERP, PLM, and CRM systems, driving data pipelines and AI-driven integration roadmaps with a strong engineering

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, CRM) and a strong understanding of the Generative AI landscape.
• Strong foundation in integration architecture principles - API-led connectivity, process orchestration, application lifecycle management, and security.
• Strong engineering background; preferred fields include Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in at least one coding language (Python, Java, JavaScript, Node, Go, or similar) and a passion for working close to the code.
• Ability and interest in traveling domestically, as needed for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Architecting API-led connectivity strategies for enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, CRM).
• Designing agentic data pipelines and integration solutions.
• Collaborating with customers' executive teams to set AI integration roadmaps.
• Shipping real solutions into customers' enterprise environments.
