Job summary

Northeastern University in Boston is seeking a Senior Analyst - Integrations & Mapping to design, document, and manage data integrations, mappings, and business rules across Advancement systems. Reporting to the Director of Data Integrity & Governance, you will bridge business and technical teams, ensure accurate, secure data flows, and support system enhancements and data governance efforts.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, creating mapping standards, troubleshooting data

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years in systems analysis, data integration, or related field.
Experience documenting data mappings, business rules, and integration requirements.
Strong understanding of data architecture, integrations, and data flow.
Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Integration design, data mapping, and documentation across Advancement systems.
Document business rules and integration requirements with stakeholders.
Investigate data issues, troubleshoot integrations, and support system enhancements.
Maintain governance-related documentation for data movement and dependencies.
Develop user stories, use cases, and specs for ITS developers.
