Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in a STEM field with defense/aerospace experience.
• 4+ years in a leadership role supervising 10+ engineers.
• Active DoD Secret clearance; SAP eligibility.
• Experience with agile development in a defense context.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration, verification, and validation of defense systems.
• Own the integration schedule, critical path, and risk for programs.
• Define test requirements, test cases, and verification matrices; oversee equipment setup and calibration.
• Ensure MIL-STD/ITAR compliance and manage CAPAs and non-conformances.
• Coordinate with program management, suppliers, and customers for successful handoffs.
• Champion continuous improvement and MBSE adoption.
