Arcarithm, headquartered in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Senior Integration and Test Engineer (Level 4) to verify and validate critical software by developing test procedures for requirements verification and Formal Qualification Testing. A DoD clearance is required and must be transferable.

Responsibilities include leading test activities, collaborating with systems engineers and program leadership, and implementing test automation within an Agile environment using Jira/Confluence and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of professional software engineering experience (7+ years with Master’s).
• Strong experience with Java, C++, and Eclipse IDE; UI/UX design understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute software test procedures for requirements verification and Formal Qualification Testing.
• Lead integration and test activities, provide insights to debug, ensure delivered software meets customer needs.
• Verify adherence to engineering standards, language style guides, and configuration management processes.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to understand software usage and create tests accordingly.
• Support test automation to improve coverage and verification scope.
