Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer for the PCE team in a hybrid role based in Houston, TX. You will lead cross-functional efforts to build and support AI-enabled integrations across factory environments, cloud platforms, and internal systems.

You will guide incident response, automate onboarding and deployments, and apply AI/LLM tools to improve reliability and efficiency. Strong multi-language software experience and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in software engineering, sustaining engineering, integration engineering, SRE, or related role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and production environments.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Experience with databases, monitoring, logging, networking, and automation.

What You Bring

Required

• 7 -10 years in software engineering, sustaining engineering, integration engineering, SRE, production engineering, or a related role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and production environments.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Experience with databases, monitoring, logging, networking, and automation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Manufacturing, factory, IoT, edge, or operational technology experience.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with MQTT, OPC UA, SCADA, MES, PLCs, or similar technologies.
• Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with AI, LLMs, agents, RAG, vector databases, or AI-powered engineering tools.
