Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is hiring for a role focused on AI-driven operations within our private cloud and engineered systems teams. This position emphasizes proactive engineering, reliability, and automation to prevent issues at scale.

You will lead integrations, build automation, apply AI/LMMs for troubleshooting, and collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to solve high-impact problems in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in software engineering, sustaining engineering, integration engineering, SRE, production engineering, or a related role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and production environments.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Experience with databases, monitoring, logging, networking, and automation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Required

What You Bring

• Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with AI, LLMs, agents, RAG, vector databases, or AI-powered engineering tools.
