Job summary

Meadow is hiring a Senior Integration Engineer to lead Meadow Pay integrations with university IT systems. You will own end-to-end technical delivery, manage data flows, and coordinate with clients’ IT teams and Meadow’s Customer Success and Engineering groups.

You will oversee network setup, DNS/SFTP connections, and software scripting to automate data transfers, while ensuring reliable, scalable integrations for institutional partners and their students.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in system integration, SaaS implementation, or IT consulting.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash), DNS, networking, and SFTP protocols.
• Builder mindset with high agency and urgency; owns problems end-to-end.
• Customer-first and solutions-oriented mindset; strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven success communicating and collaborating with product, design, engineering, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience at an early-stage startup and in FinTech/EdTech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project manage the technical aspects of each implementation with the client and Meadow teams.
• Meet with clients' IT departments to oversee Meadow Pay setup, networking, and data import/export.
• Set up network connectivity, DNS configuration, SFTP, and database connectivity if applicable.
• Modify SQL scripts to export data and implement PowerShell/Bash scripts to automate transfers.
• Facilitate API access (Ellucian Ethos API when required) during integration.
• Collaborate with Meadow’s Engineering team to troubleshoot issues during/after implementation.
• Document integration processes and solutions to support scalable growth.

About the Role

Overview

Meadow is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to lead the integration of Meadow Pay with our clients' IT systems. As we continue expanding to universities nationwide, this role will be critical in delivering reliable, scalable product experiences for our institutional partners and their students.

As a Senior Integration Engineer, you will oversee all aspects of the integration process, and manage technical configurations and data flows. You'll collaborate closely with our clients and Meadow's Customer Success Team to ensure successful launches and create a foundation for future growth.

What You'll Do

• You’ll project manage the technical aspects of each implementation, in collaboration with the client and Meadow’s Customer Success and Engineering Teams.
• You’ll meet regularly with our clients' IT Departments to oversee their technical setup of Meadow Pay, including networking and data import/export.
• You’ll set up all required network connectivity between Meadow and clients, including the initial DNS configuration, SFTP connections, and database connectivity, if applicable.
• You’ll modify and install SQL scripts to export relevant information from our partner school’s SIS systems, implement PowerShell/Bash scripts to automate data transfers, and facilitate Ellucian Ethos API access when required.
• You’ll collaborate with Meadow’s Engineering Team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after implementation.
• You’ll document our integration processes and solutions to support scalable growth.

About You

• 5+ Years of Experience in System Integration, SaaS Implementation, or IT Consulting

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time position. Meadow wants all employees to be supported in their personal and professional development, so we take a comprehensive approach to compensation and benefits. The initial annual salary for this position is expected to range from $124,950-$163,000. Actual compensation will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors.
