Job summary

Meadow is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to lead the integration of Meadow Pay with our clients' IT systems. You will oversee the end-to-end integration, manage configurations and data flows, and collaborate with clients and Meadow's Customer Success and Engineering teams to ensure successful launches and scalable growth.

This full-time role requires 5+ years in system integration or SaaS, strong SQL, scripting (PowerShell/Bash), DNS and networking skills, and a customer-first mindset.

• 5+ years in system integration, SaaS implementation, or IT consulting.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, scripting (PowerShell, Bash), DNS, networking, and SFTP.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Project manage technical aspects of each implementation with client teams.
• Meet with clients' IT departments to oversee Meadow Pay setup.
• Set up network connectivity, including DNS, SFTP, and database links.
• Modify SQL scripts, automate data transfers with PowerShell/Bash, and enable API access.
• Collaborate with Meadow's Engineering to troubleshoot during/after implementation.
• Document integration processes and solutions for scalable growth.

About the Role

Overview

Meadow is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to lead the integration of Meadow Pay with our clients' IT systems. As we continue expanding to universities nationwide, this role will be critical in delivering reliable, scalable product experiences for our institutional partners and their students.

As a Senior Integration Engineer, you will oversee all aspects of the integration process, and manage technical configurations and data flows. You’ll collaborate closely with our clients and Meadow's Customer Success Team to ensure successful launches and create a foundation for future growth.

What You'll Do

• You'll project manage the technical aspects of each implementation, in collaboration with the client and Meadow’s Customer Success and Engineering Teams.

• You'll meet regularly with our clients' IT Departments to oversee their technical setup of Meadow Pay, including networking and data import/export.

• You'll set up all required network connectivity between Meadow and clients, including the initial DNS configuration, SFTP connections, and database connectivity, if applicable.

• You'll modify and install SQL scripts to export relevant information from our partner school’s SIS systems, implement PowerShell/Bash scripts to automate data transfers, and facilitate Ellucian Ethos API access when required.

• You'll collaborate with Meadow’s Engineering Team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after implementation.

• You'll document our integration processes and solutions to support scalable growth.

About You

What You Bring

• 5+ Years of Experience in System Integration, SaaS Implementation, or IT Consulting

• Advanced Knowledge of SQL, Scripting Languages (e.g. PowerShell, Bash), DNS, Networking, and SFTP Protocols.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience at an Early Stage Startup

• Experience in FinTech and/or EdTech.

• Experience with APIs (Including Making API Calls + Interpreting Responses)

• Familiarity with Higher Education Student Information Systems (e.g., Banner, Colleague, Empower, Jenzabar, PowerCampus).

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time position. Meadow wants all employees to be supported in their personal and professional development, so we take a comprehensive approach to compensation and benefits. The initial annual salary for this position is expected to range from $119,850–$163,000. Actual compensation will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors.
