A leading financial corporation is seeking a Senior Integration Developer to join their Innovation Team. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring robust integration across systems. We're hiring a Senior Integration Developer to join our Innovation Team.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business SMEs to translate business requirements into technical requirements
Work independently to research and flush out implementation details between various core systems to meet technical requirements
Participate in design sessions and develop detailed documentation that supports the design
Participate in daily stand ups to share progress, mitigate any blockers, asking for help when necessary
Perform end to end testing, triggering in source system and verifying results in target system to ensure integration works exactly as expected.
Use common integration patterns and techniques to streamline development and encourage reuse
Create and maintain unit tests that ensure code functions through all logic paths
Deliver high quality code by taking part in Code Reviews, writing clear and detailed pull/merge requests
Collaborate with InfoSec to ensure data integrity and security
Analyze existing APIs and offer suggestions for enhancements
Help develop API design best practices, development standards, and a secure, scalable API governance.
Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in a related field
4+ years' as an integration software developer or related field.
6+ years' experience in developing integration solutions via any combination of tools and platforms such as Mulesoft, Boomi, Azure, and/or custom applications in any programming language.
Extensive experience in a full development lifecycle of integrations involving planning, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
Extensive experience with end to end testing and comfortable learning source and target systems for independent testing.
Good technical experience on properly securing APIs against OWASP Top 10 and all common authentication and authorization methods.
Experience with common integration patterns and approaches (APIs, Microservices, Pub/Sub, Batch, Streaming, Webhooks, etc.)
Experience in designing and developing API specifications in OAS or RAML.
Experience in batch/ETL integrations to transfer data in bulk between enterprise applications.
Robust experience in implementing fully featured APIs and Web Services, with detailed strategies for error handling, notifications, validations, etc.
Experience working in Agile delivery environment
Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple simultaneous projects
Good experience with Version Control
Preferred experience with Git and Github, and any of the popular version control workflows
Preferred knowledge of integrating with Salesforce, Jack Henry, Encompass, and Black Diamond.
Preferred proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language.
Wage Range:
The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $150,000
