Job summary

TEEMA in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking a Sr Integration Developer – Technical Consultant to lead migration projects, build custom tooling, and own integration end-to-end. You will work across Windows and Linux environments, create ETL scripts, and design API integrations using REST/GraphQL while collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes Atlassian migrations, cloud patterns, and pre/post-migration activities, with extensive collaboration across technical and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Proficient in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or comparable languages and able to deliver high-quality solutions.
• REST and GraphQL APIs: building, consuming, and debugging integrations.
• Extensive hands-on technical experience in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated client-facing consulting experience.
• Linux and Windows systems administration: permissions, services, startup processes, and troubleshooting.
• SSH and remote infrastructure management in hybrid or cloud environments.
• Highly proficient with SQL across a variety of RDBMS platforms (MySQL, Postgres, MSSQL, Oracle).
• Ability to communicate technical decisions and trade offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, or Jira Service Management administration and configuration.
• Exposure to Atlassian Cloud migrations and familiarity with JCMA and/or CCMA.
• Atlassian Certified Professional or Associate certifications. (nice to have)
• Experience with identity and access management (SSO, SAML, SCIM) in cloud environments.
• Background in regulated or compliance-heavy environments (e.g., public sector, healthcare,aerospaceand defense). (nice to have)
• Experience with OAuth, webhooks, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Familiarity with GraphQL tooling (e.g., Postman, Insomnia) or API gateway configurations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve technical blockers across migration phases.
• Reverse-engineer configurations to understand what must be rebuilt in the cloud.
• Build custom tooling, scripts, and integrations end-to-end.
• Manage Windows and Linux server administration and troubleshooting.
• SSH and remote access tooling for hybrid/cloud environments.
• Write scripts in Python, PowerShell, Bash for ETLs and automation.
• Interact with REST/GraphQL APIs, validate migration outcomes, and build integrations.
