Duties: Responsible for designing and supporting multiple integrations across the Global Digital Ecosystem. Collaborate with technical teams to develop technical approaches and deliver integrations across the program landscape. Develop, document, and promote enterprise integration standards, providing technical leadership to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices aligned with Capri Holdings. Lead the design, development, testing, and modification cycles for ESB integrations within SFCC Architecture. Oversee a team of Analysts to analyze complex business requirements, develop system solutions, and document integration solutions. Manage the integration design, delivery, implementation, configuration, and development for external and third-party applications integrated with SFCC. Coordinate with system implementation partners, PMO, vendors, and resources on global digital system integrations. Serve as the escalation point for troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving integration issues. Create deliverables according to SDLC including specifications, use cases, test cases, and documentation. Partial telecommuting is permitted; employees are required to report to the office 3 days per week.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, plus five (5) years of experience as an Integration Analyst or related role. Experience must include:
