HDR is seeking a Senior Integrated Water Resources Planner/Engineer based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Candidates will lead planning projects related to water supply and flood risk management while mentoring staff and managing federal projects.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years technical and/or field experience in complex environmental planning projects.
• Experience with federal plan formulation requirements.
• Technical experience with environmental impact issues and permit processes.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and direct medium-to-large-size planning projects for the federal government.
• Prepare and analyze environmental compliance documents.
• Mentor staff and manage projects within large programs.
• Coordinate public participation and agency interaction.
