Job summary

Vector Security, Inc in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Master Systems Technician to install and service integrated systems and manage special projects. The role requires strong technical aptitude, adherence to local codes, and effective communication with clients and team members.

You will mentor junior technicians, lead project deployments with AHJs, and ensure best practices across all job sites. A valid driver's license and state licensing are required, with preference for NICET/ESA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years industry experience - preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of fire detection and signaling systems experience.
• State licensing is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• ESA Level 2 and NICET Fire level 2 - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install/service integrated systems and special projects.
• Troubleshoot integrated systems and ensure code compliance with AHJs.
• Lead design and deployment of projects with local/state codes.
• Mentor and train technicians to ensure best practices.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
