Job summary

Aviat Networks is seeking an Integrated Senior Supply & Demand Planner to convert customer demand into executable supply plans and maintain inventory health across product lines.

You will work with Sales, Product Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Order Fulfillment and Operations to align demand signals with supply constraints and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8+ years in demand, supply or master scheduling in manufacturing.
• Experience in electronics, telecommunications, or similar industries preferred.
• Strong forecasting, inventory optimization, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Own demand forecasts, inventory plans, replenishment strategies and supply readiness.
• Balance forecast variability, inventory investments, supplier lead times and capacity.
• Translate forecast changes into executable supply plans minimizing risk.
• Optimize inventory across multiple warehouses and coordinate fulfillment priorities.
• Develop forecasting models and dashboards to improve planning visibility.
• Lead cross-functional planning and communicate risk and tradeoffs to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and data integrity.
