Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Senior Scheduler to coordinate IMS activities within the PMO and provide GANTT charts and network diagrams to support DoD system acquisition timelines.

The role requires US citizenship, a Top Secret clearance, 10+ years in DoD environments, and advanced skills with scheduling tools including MS Project. A related degree is preferred, with a focus on mission-critical planning.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret level clearance.
• Advanced understanding of scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience.
• At least 5 years working in the DoD sector (preferred experience qualification).

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among functional disciplines within the PMO.
• Provide IMS technical products, including GANTT charts and network diagrams.
• Ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes.
• Collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success.
• Support requirements development and plan preparation.
• Assess ability to achieve results.
• Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, project team, and management.
• Perform corrective actions as necessary to achieve the end result.
