Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of scheduling experience, proficiency with formal scheduling tools, and TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, operations research, business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting project or program scheduling using formal scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with schedule logic, dependencies, and critical path concepts; advanced proficiency in integrated scheduling tools and schedule risk analysis for senior roles.
  • TS/SCI clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment.

Responsibilities

  • Collect schedule inputs from program offices, commands, and stakeholders and integrate them into coherent master schedules
  • Maintain and update tasks, dates, milestones, sequencing, and dependencies to ensure accurate and current schedule products
  • Support development of critical path analysis, schedule health assessments, schedule risk identification, and decision-ready schedule views
  • Identify schedule conflicts, slips, and high-risk dependencies and support preparation of briefings, graphics, and summaries for governance forums
  • Maintain configuration control and documentation for integrated schedules, ensuring traceability and consistency across updates
