Job summary

Canvas Inc. seeks a senior scheduling professional to lead Integrated Master Schedule activities for Air Force programs, with emphasis on F-16 projects. You will support PMs and engineers, ensuring schedules and changes are coordinated across teams.

The role requires deep DoD AF program experience, DoD data systems expertise, and a active Secret clearance. You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with IPTs to deliver on-time program milestones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in integrated master scheduling for AF programs.
• Ability to independently perform complex scheduling tasks and oversee junior personnel.
• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Background in program management, logistics, configuration management, systems engineering, or financial management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, maintain, and analyze IMS for F-16 programs.
• Support PMs and engineers with scheduling for IA, OSS&E, PDRs, CDRs, SRRs and reviews.
• Coordinate upgrade kit deliveries and installation schedules between IPTs and production management.
• Advise leadership on scheduling risks, impacts, and mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior and journeyman scheduling personnel.
