OutScout is partnered with the Director of Growth Marketing at a Series D SaaS company who is looking to hire a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager in NYC or Seattle.
They are a hyper-growth SaaS company leading the way in customer data management. Since their founding in 2016, they have grown 250% year over year. Their AI and ML-powered customer data platform provides analytics surrounding consumer behavior and customer segmentation. This allows customers to personalize their marketing efforts, increase customer retention, and optimize the customer experience.
They have multiple enterprise and strategic customers such as Starbucks, Urban Outfitters, Alaskan Airlines, JCrew, and Planet Fitness.
The Role:
You will play a strategic and hands-on role in leading the development of multichannel campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
They need a collaborative and execution-focused marketer who can connect the dots between ABM, Paid/SEO, and Lifecycle Marketing—driving pipeline, accelerating deals, expanding customer value, and supporting product-led growth through integrated campaign strategy.
As a necessary member of the Growth Marketing team, you’ll work with Web, Field, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, to bring integrated campaigns to life that support our goals across priority segments and industries. You’ll help accelerate adoption and engagement within our self-serve and freemium user base, guiding them from interest to activation and expansion. You’ll lead campaign planning, manage launch timelines, collaborate with internal and external teams, and own performance insights—playing a hands-on role in shaping how the organization shows up in the market.

Comp: 140-185k base + bonus + stock
