Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. seeks an Intapp Applications Administrator to own and optimize the full Intapp suite (Open, Conflicts, Walls, Terms, and Integration Builder). You will partner with New Business Intake, Conflicts, and Legal Operations to ensure a secure, stable platform during the migration to Intapp cloud.

You will manage upgrades, maintain architecture, and build SQL-based reports to support the intake team, collaborating with cross-functional groups across the firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise applications, preferably in a large law firm.
• 3+ years hands-on administration for Intapp Open, Conflicts, Walls, Terms, and Integration Builder.
• Experience with SQL and T-SQL programming; familiarity with NetDocs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the firm's primary technical owner for the full Intapp suite.
• Administer day-to-day support: troubleshoot issues, user/role management, system health monitoring.
• Manage upgrades/patches per Intapp release schedule via change control.
• Maintain server architecture design and supporting docs.
• Oversee integration health between Intapp and other systems (Aderant, HR, AD, etc.).
• Build and maintain workflows, forms, and datasets within Intapp Open.
• Create SQL queries/reports supporting the New Business Intake team.
• Liaise with outside vendors on current and future projects.
