Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. seeks an Intapp Applications Administrator to own and supervise the full Intapp suite, including Open, Conflicts, Walls, Terms, and Integration Builder.

You will partner with New Business Intake, Conflicts, and Legal Operations to ensure a secure, stable platform, supporting day-to-day operations and the migration toward Intapp’s cloud platform. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades, monitor system health, and develop SQL-based reports to support the

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise applications, preferably in a large law firm.
• 3+ years of hands-on administration and configuration with Intapp Open/Conflicts/Walls/Terms/Integration Builder.
• Experience with SQL and T-SQL programming.
• Demonstrated experience with Intapp Integration Builder or Boomi.
• Experience administering document management solutions such as NetDocs.
• Experience with Intapp Time, Aderant, Billstream a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the firm’s primary technical owner for the full Intapp suite (Open, Conflicts, Walls, Terms, Integration Builder).
• Administer day-to-day support: troubleshoot issues, user/role management, system health monitoring, configuration.
• Manage upgrades and patches per release schedule through change control processes.
• Maintain and update server architecture design and documentation.
• Oversee integration health between Intapp and adjacent systems (Aderant, HR, DMS, Active Directory).
• Help build and maintain workflows, forms, and datasets within Intapp Open.
• Build and maintain SQL-based queries and reports for New Business Intake.
• Liaise with outside vendors on current and future projects.
