- 15+ years in application engineering and delivery leadership.
- 5+ years in leadership roles (Delivery/Practice/Portfolio/Architecture).
- 5+ years in insurance domain (P&C/Reinsurance).
- Experience leading large development programs with distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and govern large engineering programs across multiple lines of business.
- Drive Agile/SAFe, DevSecOps, CI/CD, test automation, and SRE practices.
- Provide consultative input during opportunity assessment and execution phases.
- Lead solutioning for strategic pursuits: discovery, target architecture, costing and estimation.
