Job summary

Xceedance is seeking a Senior Process Excellence Consultant to lead the design of target operating models for P&C functions and to shape future-state processes that integrate people, data, and technology. You will act as the primary decision-maker to pressure-test opportunities against commercial reality and drive value realization across underwriting, claims, and policy servicing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, transformation or performance excellence roles.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in P&C Insurance — carrier, Lloyd’s/London Market, or specialist advisory.
• Demonstrable expertise across at least two of: Claims Ops, Underwriting, Policy Servicing, or Distribution.
• Proven track record of designing TOMs and leading end-to-end transformation programs.
• Experience owning technology prioritization and ROI decisions, not just participation.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of TOMs for P&C functions (Underwriting, Claims, Policy Servicing, Distribution).
• Define future-state model with AI-ready, continuously improving capabilities.
• Translate strategic ambitions into a sequenced transformation roadmap with milestones.
• Act as primary decision-maker on which opportunities move forward.
