Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-life cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with sourcing techniques, AI tools, market research, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media.
• Experience with Workday preferred and handling confidential information.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and HR to align headcount with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a recruitment strategy for open requisitions with an emphasis on talent pipeline to meet staffing needs.
• Full life-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, assessment, submittals, interview process, and offers.
• Partner with senior leaders to strategize recruiting initiatives and headcount alignment.
• Provide updates and needs calibration to hiring teams and HRBPs.
• Leverage the Markel EVP to attract diverse, exceptional talent.
• Develop sourcing strategies to include passive candidates via LinkedIn, social media and job boards.
• Establish and maintain beneficial business relationships through networking.
• Contribute to recruitment process improvements and efficiency.
