What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of analysts and product specialists, empowering them to achieve strategic objectives
- Drive state-specific strategies and advocate for necessary actions to ensure compliance and alignment
- Develop and implement budgets and strategies for personal lines insurance products
- Build and maintain productive relationships with distribution partners and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to launch competitive and profitable insurance products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years managing personal lines insurance products
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within product management
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences

- Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or actuarial designation
- Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Experience in shaping company culture through active participation in employee resource groups or mentoring
- Knowledge of change management concepts and practices
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with executives and stakeholders
