SalesDraft Recruiting is seeking an Experienced Insurance Sales Agent to join our client's team in Rogers, Arkansas. You will work with prospective and existing clients to understand needs, explain options, and help select appropriate coverage.

This onsite, commission-only role offers strong earning potential—between $65,000 and $120,000 per year—based on performance. A Life and Health license, valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance sales experience required.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license required.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle.
• Must have a mobile device.
• Must have home internet access.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Clients: Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through professional communication.
• Needs Assessment: Listen carefully to understand clients' needs, goals, and coverage considerations.
• Insurance Solutions: Explain available insurance products and coverage options clearly and professionally.
• Sales and Solutions: Present appropriate solutions and guide clients through the sales process.
• Build Relationships: Develop trust and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.
• Follow Up: Communicate with prospects and clients throughout the sales process and follow up as needed.
• Sales Performance: Work toward individual and team sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members and leadership to support client needs and overall sales objectives.
