Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, insurance, or a related field.
• Five or more years of enterprise risk management, insurance, brokerage, or related experience.
• Experience with property and casualty insurance and multiple lines of coverage.
• Experience supporting insurance renewals, exposure data analysis, and claims analytics.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage cross-functional deliverables and drive timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate major workstreams across enterprise insurance programs.
• Lead renewal submissions and exposure data analysis.
• Analyze risk data to support global programs and financing.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess coverage needs.
• Maintain milestones and risks across initiatives.
• Coordinate broker and insurance partner deliverables.
• Develop dashboards and executive materials linking risk to performance.
